AmericaU collects the data that was submitted by the user like chat-messages and voice-recordings.

This actual data is not analyzed or processed, it is only forwarded to the receiving user(s).

There is no direct connection between users so the data has to be stored on a server until the receiving user connects to the server and retrieves the data.

For improving the experience of the app basic data like a description of the device and the IP-address of the user is collected.

Using the IP-address the server tries to analyze from which country, state and city the user comes. This data is used to optimize the network connectivity of the user by choosing the closest server for example and to analyze the performance of the app based on the type of the device of the user.

All data is and will be stored on server(s) in the United States of America.

The Information We Collect:

At Global X-School™, the only personally identifiable information we collect from users 12 years old and younger is a parent's valid email address. And we ONLY use this information to send relevant information to the parent or guardian. For some of our online activities—such as polls or surveys—we may ask users to provide additional information that is not personally identifiable, such as country of residence or a visitor's favorite color. We always require children under 13 to use a parent or guardians email address instead.

Additionally, when visitors come to our site, we automatically collect some non-personally identifiable "computer" information, such as the type of computer operating system (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), the user's "IP Address", the web browser (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer) being used, and information regarding the Internet service provider. How We Use the Information: We have created an internal news system that allows us to communicate with the players without sending them information to their personal email address. We do not keep any personal information we obtain beyond the time it is needed. Sometimes we use a visitor's email address to track usage and to ensure users are following the site's Terms and Conditions.

We encourage users to submit their original artwork or other materials via email attachment. We do, however, retain control of how all materials are used and displayed on the Global X-School™ website and apps. Once the artwork or other material is received it is immediately processed and the email is deleted.

We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site, to personalize our visitors' experience on Global X-School™, and to offer products, programs, and services.
